6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

6.1 Safety instructions

Before servicing (clean, maintenance, repair) unplug the appliance
Caustic detergents, sodium bicarbonate are forbidden for the cleaning of your appliance.
Check regularly the power cord.
Never dip your appliance in liquid.
WARNING
Not direct washing via water jets. (Neither jet under pressure)

6.2 Daily cleaning

The device should be cleaned regularly.
Clean the device from the inside and outside with a soft, damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
Clean the placing grids and the housing with a soft, damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent.
Clean the water bowl regularly. Calcification at the water bowl may be removed with common agents or
liquids.
Only use a soft cloth and make sure you never use any kind of abrasive agents or pads which could scratch
the surface.
After the cleaning procedure, you should use a soft and dry cloth to wipe dry and polish the surface.
Make sure the device has been cleaned properly before storing it in a dry place.

6.3 Safety instructions relating to maintenance

Daily check the state of your appliance: do not use it if it is damaged or if the power cord is damaged. If the
power cord is damaged it must be replaced by a professional electrician.
In case of break down contact your supplier.
Any intervention work on your appliance must be performed by a qualified professional.

6.4 Troubleshooting

Your appliance is provided with an overheating protection. When this protection has been activated you must
let your appliance cool down.

If overheating protection has been activated let your appliance cool down.
If your appliance does not start check the power cord.
The use of adaptors, multiple sockets and/or extensions is not recommended.
For any other anomaly contact your supplier.

Waste Electronic and Electric Equipment
To avoid any abuse and dangers and to fit the rules of the concerned countries before disposing of the used
appliance you must remove main electric cable.
