Cause
Feed tube within Paint Container (12) in wrong
position
Feed tube blocked
Wrong setting of Air Volume Adjuster (3)
Nozzle (16) blocked

Paint too thick
Too much paint applied
Paint too thin
Spray Gun (2) not clean or possible blockage
No power
Paint Container near empty causing air to be
sucked in

Spray Gun incorrect distance from surface or poor

Incorrect solvent used with paint
Solution
Adjust position
Flush through with soapy water or thinners depending on blockage
Adjust to correct position
Remove and clean
Check condition and replace if necessary
Adjust setting
Check viscosity
Adjust air volume downwards
Check viscosity
Disassemble Spray Gun and clean the Nozzle (16) and other parts with thinners
thoroughly
Check Turbine Unit is switched on, and the power plug is correctly inserted into
the mains socket and switched on
Refill with paint
Check viscosity
Correct position
Use correct solvent
