Special safety information for this appliance

WARNING:
• Very dry bread can burn when toasted. For this
reason, do not use the appliance close to or below
flammable materials such as curtains.
• During operation, the touchable surfaces can reach
an extremely high temperature. There is a danger
of burning when removing smaller slices of bread.
• Never operate the appliance using an external timer
or a separate remote control system.
• The appliance should only be operated under
supervision.
• Never insert forks, knives or other objects into the
toasting slot.
• Never put your fingers into the toasting slot.
• The metal parts become hot! Risk of burns!
• The toaster should only be used with the crumb tray
pushed in.
ATTENTION:
This appliance is not designed to be submersed in
water during cleaning. Please follow the instructions
on cleaning which we have provided in the "Cleaning"
section.
