For use with FOSA Dual-Vac Lid
TURTLE+
Put ingredients in the container and place the Dual-Vac Lid on top of the container.
Ingredients should be at least 2cm below the top edge of the container.
DUAL-VAC STORAGE
Step 1: Press down the valve of the lid
Step 2: Press down the lid manually for the first vacuum seal
Step 3: Place TURTLE+/TURTLE on center of the lid and then
press the "START" button
** Open the valve on the lid in order to remove the lid
easily
QUICK MARANATING (Only Available with the TURTLE+ vacuum pump)
Step 1: Open the valve on the lid
Step 2: Place TURTLE+ on the center of the lid and press the
"START" button for 3 seconds. LED will blink meaning
Marinate mode is on
Step 3: Let the TURTLE+ pump work and air will move in and
out of the bowl for about 30 mins for 3350ml glass bowl
and about 25 mins for 1550ml glass bowl in MARINATE
mode
Step 4: (Optional) Once marinating is completed, close the
valve on the lid and press the "START" button once for
vacuuming mode. Let the food ingredients "soak in the
sauce/herbs" for 15 to 20 minutes in the refrigerator, take
the bowl out of the fridge and open the valve on the lid to
release vacuum and remove the lid
Caution: Do not move the container (bowl, pan, dish or other
storage vessels) by holding the Dual-Vac lid. Make sure the
container is at a safe temperature so that it can be grasped
and moved.

CARE AND CLEANING

Dual-Vac Lid
- Silicone valve and cushion can be disassembled from the Dual-Vac
Lid.
- All parts are top-rack dishwasher-safe.
- If washing by hand, use soft cloth to clean and make sure there is
no food residue left after cleaning.
- Dry the lid completely before use.
