Montaggio del Mescolatore:
Montare la molla 3 sul perno 4 ed inserire il perno con molla nel foro con supporto lungo della carcassa 1 e
bloccarlo con la manopola 2.
Innestare il foro liscio dell'asse mescolatore 5 sul perno 4 all'interno della carcassa 1.
Inserire la Manovella 10 nel foro con supporto corto della carcassa 1 ed innestarlo nel foro scanalato
dell'asse mescolatore, bloccare il sistema con la manopola 9.
Il mescolatore e' pronto all'uso, inserite il mix di carne avendo cura di non superare il limite di riempimento
per evitare che il coperchio si sollevi durante il funzionamento.
Montare il coperchio 6 e mescolare l'impasto.
Quando la carne sara' ben mescolata, togliere l'impasto dalla carcassa.
Si raccomanda di smontare, lavare accuratamente ed asciugare l'apparecchio ad ogni utilizzo

Use of the Meat Mixer
Before use, wash carefully with non aggressive soap and hot water, dry all parts in contact with the food
Do not motorize or make modifications on the machine, use it only for mix the meat; Reber srl is not
responsible for improper use.
Assembling and use
Put the spring 3 on the bolt 4 insert through the hole of the longer axle support outside of the Tank 1, with
the thread end outwards and tighten the grip 2 thread and the axe 4 together.
Insert the hole of the axle with paddles 5 on the part of the bolt 4 inside the tank and grip together by the
step on crank's 10 flange and axle's 5 fluted end.
Fix the crank 10 by the grip with bolt 9
The Meat Mixer is redy for use, put the meat inside, put the cover 6 on top and rotate to mix.
Do not fill too much the tank to avoid problems with the cover.
Do not put hands inside the tank during the work to avoid any possible hurt.
When the Meat will be correctly mixed, take off the cover 6 and the Meat.
Wash carefully and dry all parts in contact with the food on each use.
