Pressure-bearing parts
Because of their special operating mode, the pressure-bearing parts, the working cylinder, the cartridge cylinder and particularly the
retainer nut are subject to particular stresses.
The gun may be used only in an undamaged state.
Do not allow the gun to come into contact with substances that attack the materials of the gun.
Pressure regulator
The pressure regulator is designed for a max. inlet pressure of 10 bar and a max. internal working pressure of 7,5 bar +1 bar inside
the gun. The correct operation of the pressure regulator can be checked on the manometer in the handle.
The gun may be used only with a correctly working pressure regulator.
The inlet pressure must not exceed 10 bar.
The gun may be used only with a correctly working manometer.
Safety valve
The gun is equipped with a safety valve. The release pressure is about 9 bar. This serves to protect the working parts of the cartridge
gun from excessive pressure.

Contamination
The cartridge gun is an open pneumatic system. Foreign bodies can enter the pressurized air system through the cartridge cylinder.
This can cause damage to the seals, sliding surfaces and valves.
When exchanging the cartridge and when storing the gun between periods of work, make sure that no dirt enters the
gun.
The internal thread of the cartridge cylinder is provided with an air exhaust. For trouble-free operation the gaps in the thread must
remain unclogged.
The gun may be operated only with clean threads on the retainer nut and the cartridge cylinder.
For trouble-free and safe operation it should also be ensured that the air inlet and outlet openings are free of contamination.
Keep the lateral air outlet holes in the cartridge cylinder and the ventilation holes in the piston rod clean.
