Example: The hot water temperature is set at 60°C.
A control loop with a significant heat dissipation is located far from the water heater.
In case of two short parallel flow paths, the basic volume may trigger an unwanted
disinfection cycle if the water temperature increases to over 66°C.
Remedy: Set a higher disinfection temperature for short flow paths.
Note
During thermal disinfection the function basic volume bore becomes inactive.
Therefore, the control thermostat T
unnecessarily reduce the performance of further parallel JRGUTHERM 2T
circulation controllers. A thermal disinfection can only be carried out at a
storage tank temperature of 75°C.
