Review these tips first and you may not need to call for service.
Device will not start

What to do
This is not a malfunction. The appliance is on power save node.
Pressing the power button does not stop the operation
What to do
The appliance runs for a minute after powering off in order to filter out the smell from
inside.

Make sure plug is fully inserted into the wall outlet.
Replace fuse or reset circuit breaker.
What to do
Drain liquid contents prior to operation.
Do not place the food waste over limit.
What to do
Remove any objects blocking the rear outlets.
Run the appliance another cycle by pressing the 'Start'
button.
Have the contents placed into the unit be mixed.

Fix the filter holder with firm press.
