Possible causes
StateMonitor server is
not running
StateMonitor

started on the server
Web server port 28001
is not enabled
Dongle is not plugged
in
Demo version has
expired
License is not valid
Possible solution
In the web browser, check the
connection to the server with
localhost:28001.
If StateMonitor is available,
then check the network firewall
settings.
If StateMonitor is unavailable,
then restart StateMonitor on the
server.
Check to see whether the dongle
is plugged in to the server.
