Incorporating the fabric sheeting into the first sealing layer
Lay the cut fabric sheeting into the first sealing layer

while it is still wet and incorporate it into the surface.
Applying the second sealing layer
Once the first sealing layer has hardened sufficiently so

that it can no longer be damaged, apply the second sealing
layer up to the loose flange.
Once the second sealing layer is complete (approx. 6-8 hours),

check the loose flange again with a torque spanner and
tighten if necessary.
