• Before plugging the appliance into the mains, check the voltage
indicated is the same as that in your home.
• Always unplug the appliance after use and before assembling or
dismantling any parts or carrying out any maintenance or cleaning tasks.
Unplug in the event of a power cut. The appliance should be switched off
when you plug it in or unplug it.
• Never pull the cable or use it to hang up the appliance. Unplug the
appliance using the plug, never the cable.

Do not use near bathtubs, sinks, showers or other recipients
containing water. If it falls into water, do NOT try to pick it up. Unplug
it immediately.
• Never immerse the main body in water or any other liquid, or put it in the
dishwasher. The appliance should not come into contact with water
during cleaning.
• Never leave the appliance outdoors and exposed to the elements.
• Do not touch the appliance with wet hands when in operation.
• Never immerse the appliance in water or use it while taking a bath or
shower. Avoid splashing water on the appliance or the power cord.
• Never leave the appliance working on a wet surface or cloth.

throw it in the rubbish bin. Take it to your nearest CLEAN POINT or
the waste collection centre closest to your home for processing. You
will thus be helping to take care of the environment.
