3. NOTICE
• Do not wet or wash the main unit or accessories with water.
• Do not apply any abrasive cleaners, they might cause discoloration or crack to the unit.
• Follow the supplier's instructions for detergents or disinfectant to clean the unit.
• For replacement or repair for a damaged power cord, please contact customer service.
TROUBLE SHOOTING

1. THE MAIN UNIT DOESN'T START
• Unplug the power cord and plug it back in.
• Make sure all the connectors are plugged in correctly into the main unit. The unit will not start
if the plug is not connected properly.
• Plug in the connector into the main unit.
• If he main unit still doesn't start, please contact the seller or our customer service.
2. THE MAIN UNIT STARTS BUT WORKS IMPROPERLY
• Reset the unit by turning off and on.
• The device may not function properly at low temperatures. You can place the unit at room
temperature for 2 hours.
• Ensure all air hoses are not folded or placed under a heavy object.
• Ensure there is are air leaks.
• This unit is equipped with pressure sensors but will still work even if there are air leaks caused by
the reasons below. (The intensity will be lower as required) :
1. The air hose has fell of the accessory :
reconnect the hose to the accessory.
2. The air hose is not plugged into the main unit properly :
properly plug the connector back in.
3. The air hose fell of the connector of the accessory :
reconnect it properly.
4. If there are air leaks from the accessory, connectors or the hoses :
contact our customers service.
• You may experience static electricity, but this is not seen as a malfunction.
• You may hear an air leak sound during the operation, but the sound is normal and not a ma-
chine malfunction. It is to prevent damages to the unit and for your safety during use.
3. THE POWER PLUG OR/AND CORD IS DAMAGED
• Contact the customer service for a repair.
