Troubleshooting
If the device does not work properly, fi rst check whether you are able to rectify the prob-
lem yourself. If the problem cannot be solved with the steps listed, contact the customer
service department.
Do not attempt to repair an electrical device yourself!
Problem
The device does not
work.
The fuse in the fuse
box is triggered.
The drawer (7) can-
not be inserted into

been evenly cooked
or is not fully cooked.

Possible cause
The mains plug is not in-
serted correctly in the plug
socket.
The plug socket is defective.
There is no mains voltage.
Too many devices connected
to the same circuit.
The drawer is overfi lled.
The food was not cut up into
pieces of equal size.
The drawer is overfi lled.
The pieces of food have not
been separated well enough.
The selected temperature is
too low.
The cooking time is too short. Increase the cooking time.
The selected temperature is
too high.
The cooking time is too long.
Fix
Correct the fi t of the mains
plug.
Try another plug
socket.
Check the fuse of the mains
connection.
Reduce the number of devic-
es in the circuit.
It should be no more than 2/3
full with food.
Make sure that all of the
pieces of food which you cut
up small are of roughly the
same size.
It should be no more than 2/3
full with food.
With some food, it is advisable
to mix the food around from
time to time.
Increase the temperature.
Reduce the temperature.
Reduce the cooking time.
