Trouble-shooting
Overheating:
If you use the unit for more than 120 minutes
continuously with maximum load, it switches off
automatically. The "Overheat" D signal lamp lights
red. The unit can be used again after a waiting period of
approx. 40 minutes.
Paper jam:
In the event of a paper jam, the machine stops
automatically and starts reverse operation. The paper is
released again. The signal lamp "Overload" F lights up
red.

Remove the paper from the machine, reduce the
number of pages and restart.
Bin Full:
As soon as the maximum capacity of the wastebasket is
reached, the signal light F lights up red and the device
switches off. Pull the wastebasket out of the device by
the handle, empty it and reinsert it into the device.
If the signal lamp F still lights up despite the
wastebasket being empty, the wastebasket has not been
inserted correctly.

Make sure that the wastebasket is firmly engaged.
Power saving function
If the appliance has not been used for more than 30
minutes, it switches off. The power signal lamp C
flashes slowly green. Restart by setting the switch B to
"Off" and then to "Auto" again.
Cleaning and care
Occasionally insert some oiled paper into the paper
opening and run the unit in "FWD mode" for about
10 seconds. Use PEACH Oiled Paper PS100-00 (or
alternatively PEACH Paper Shredder Special Oil PS100-
05).
The outside of the unit can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
Do not use solvents or flammable materials for cleaning.
Disposal
Guideline 2012/19/EU concerning the
handling, collection, recycling and
disposal of electrical and electronic
equipment and their components ('waste
electrical and electronic equipment',
known as WEEE).
The crossed symbol on a waste container indicates
that the machine or appliance must not be disposed
of with household waste, but must be handed over to

an appropriately equipped collection point for proper
disposal.
