13. Cleaning and care
Clean the product before first time use, after each use or after it has been unused for a longer period of
time.
The motor assembly and the mains cable are not dishwasher-proof. Do not immerse the motor assembly
and the mains cable into water or other liquids. Never rinse them under running water.
Before cleaning, disconnect the product from the mains and wait until it has cooled down to room
temperature.
The blades of the centrifugal screen are very sharp! Risk of injury!
Always wait until the centrifugal screen has come to a complete stop before removing and cleaning parts.
Under no circumstances use aggressive cleanings agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical solutions
since these can penetrate the housing or impair functionality. Do not use hard or scouring brushes,
sponges, or similar.
There are no user-serviceable parts inside the product; never disassemble the motor assembly.
• Release the locking arm and remove the cover. Lift the centrifugal screen holder including the centrifugal screen
up to remove them.
• Remove the pulp collector from the collector mount and empty the former one.
• Clean all removable parts with warm water and a mild detergent, or wash them in a dishwasher.
• Clean the centrifugal screen with the cleaning brush provided. Rinse the cleaning brush under running water.
• Clean the exterior surface of the motor assembly with a dry, lint-free cloth. To prevent scratch marks, do not apply
too much force on the surface during cleaning.
• After having cleaned and dried all parts, reassemble the juicer as described in chapter "a) Assembly, installation
and connection".
• Store the product out of reach of children at a dry and dust-free location protected from direct sunlight.
14. Disposal
Electronic devices are recyclable waste and must not be disposed of in the household waste. At the end of
its service life, dispose of the product in accordance with applicable regulatory guidelines.
You thus fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.
