2. Fitting the helmet
Optimal protection is only provided if the helmet fits securely.
The helmet should enclose the head properly and be worn in a horizontal
position; it should not sit on the back of the head, and should not be tilted
down towards the forehead or to one side.
3. Adjusting the inner part
Check that helmet is firmly fitted by a light shake of the head with the chin
strap open. If the helmet slips about at all, then you must set the
adjusting ring (1) more tightly.
This is done using the rotary knob (2). Turning it to the right will tighten it,
and turning it to the left will loosen it.
