be much moisture because the steam temperature is low.
9. Do not leave your steam mop on the floor with a damp or
wet cleaning cloth.
10. Does the water you used is hard? If yes, please use distilled
water.
11. Make sure the water is securely in the water tank without
leakage.
12. The cloth might be dirty. Please replace with a new one.
13. If you washed the cloth with powder detergent, there may
be residual detergent left on the cloth. Wash it again with
liquid detergent.
14. If you are going to clean kitchen area where there might be
accumulative grease, the steam mop may not be able to
clean it up at a time. Please use degreasing agent to clean
the floor first.
15. You might have left the mop in the same spot for too long.
16. Does the water you used is hard? If yes, please use distilled
water.
17. This might be residuals from past cleaners used on the floor
18. surface. Use the steam mop a few more times and see if
the residual cloudiness is removed.
19. Make sure the cleaning cloth is attached correctly.
20. Check if the cleaning cloth is excessively dirty.
21. Replace the cloth if it is too dirty or wet.
