unit cool for 2-3minutes, then remove it cautiously..

1. Wash cloths in warm water. Wash
separately from other laundries. Only
use liquid detergent(not powder
detergent). Do not use fabric softener
or decolourant. Air dry or dry on a
low dryer setting. (fig. 4)
2. If there are loose threads on the
cloth, please carefully cut the threads
with scissor. Do not drag the threads
or cut them at the base. (fig. 5)
Reasons & Solutions
1. Verify the product is securely plugged into a 220V AC
electrical outlet only.
2. Verify if your in-house sockets, electrical fuse and leakage
protection switch are in normal status.
3. Verify if there is water inside the water tank. If no, please
fill up with water.
4. Verify if the steam nozzle is jamed.
5. Have you tilted the steam mop? The steam mop will
standby if the unit is upright.
6. Verify if the cleaning cloth is too wet. Please replace with a
dry cloth.
7. Verify if the cleaning cloth is well attached in place on the
mop head.
