10. Disposal
Electrical tools, accessories and packaging should be recycled in
an environmentally friendly way.
EU countries only:
Never put electrical tools in domestic refuse!
In accordance with EU directive 2002/96/EC concerning
Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment and its
transposition into national legislation, measuring equipment
that can no longer be used must be collected separately and
recycled in an environmentally friendly way.

Rechargeable batteries:
Never throw rechargeable batteries in domestic refuse, fire or
water. In accordance with Directive 91/157/EEC, defective or
depleted rechargeable batteries must be recycled or disposed of in
an environmentally friendly way.
EU countries only:
In accordance with Directive 91/157/EEC, non-serviceable
electronic devices from THEIS or depleted rechargeable batteries
must be recycled or can be returned directly to:
