Troubleshooting
Check List
If the machine isn't working, check the following:
• Is the plug connected to the AC outlet?
• Is the door closed?
• Is the paper collection bin full?
• Is the CD/DVD collection tray full?
• Is there a material jam in the machine?
• Is there a motor overload condition?
If you can't resolve the issue, please call for servicing.
