Fault indicator
OPERATION WITH 12 V /24 V
• Connect the "DC cable supplied with the appliance to a suitable
DC socket outlet.
The appliance will automatically identify and apply DC12 V or
DC24 V.
• Use a socket of at least 120 W for 12 V DC.
• Press the "Up" or "Down" keystrokes to set the temperature
you require.
• In the Temperature window the set temperature will now show.
The compressor will start up to lower the temperature in the box
and it will stop once the set temperature is reached, it will not
start again until the temperature has raised 5 °C from the set
temperature.
Please note that it is always the set temperature that will show
in the display.
• For faster cooling down the "TURBO" button can be pressed
down.
This function requires more power and is therefore recom-
mended to use while the motor or generator is running.
Please note! The "TURBO" function never turns off automati-
cally but must be turned off by pressing the "TURBO" button.
• To turn off the appliance, push the off button and remove the
DC plug from the DC socket.

DEFROSTING
• When the ice layer on the inner cabinet sides is over 5 mm,
defrosting operation should be performed to improve the refri-
gerating efficiency.
• Disconnect power, remove all items and clean unit. After defros-
ting, clean with a soft rag and switch the appliance on.
• Note: Never remove ice with sharp objects.
MAINTENANCE AND REGULAR CLEANING
• Always disconnect the power supply before cleaning. Clean the
inside of the cabinet whenever necessary.
• Dirt from the condenser should be cleaned by a qualified
technician when necessary.
NOTES
• It is normal to hear gurgling sounds caused by the flow of
refrigerant when each cooling cycle ends.
• The surface temperature of the compressor can be very warm
when running.
• The noise emitted by the cooling fan on the condenser is a
normal condition.
