Information on the use of cartridges
♦ Use exclusively KEMPER butane cartridges art. 577. It may be dangerous to adapt other gas containers.
♦ All operations of assembly and change of cartridges must be done in a well-ventilated place and far from flames and
inflammable materials.
♦ Read carefully the instructions on the wrapping of the cartridge before using
♦ Never try to refill a disposable cartridge.
♦ Always keep the appliance away from children
♦ Never breathe in the gas coming from the cartridge or the smoke produced while using the appliance.
♦ Never smoke while handling cartridges
IN CASE OF LEAKAGE (SMELL OF GAS) BRING YOUR APPLIANCE IMMEDIATELY OUTDOORS, IN A
VENTILATED PLACE WITH NO INFLAMABLE SOURCES, AND THEN YOU CAN LOOK FOR LEAK AND
STOP IT. IF YOU WANT TO CHECK THE Seal OF YOUR APPLIANCE, DO IT OUTDOORS AND NEVER LOOK
FOR A LEAKAGE WITH A FLAME BUT USE SOAPSUDS.

USE INSTRUCTIONS

Starting the appliance
 Put the hot plate on a stable and horizontal surface. Do not alongside two or more burners.
 Put the hot plate far from inflammables substances or things that can be damaged by heat.
 Turn up side down the potholder plate paying attention that the 90° angles are turned towards the cartridge holder slot.
 Put the cartridge in its slot, placing the cut on its neck in correspondence to the safety stop.
 Make sure that the hot plate cock is closed - Cock on position OFF (clockwise rotation).
 Place the lever connecting the cartridge on the "LOCK" position.
 Turn anticlockwise all the way the cock until it is positioned on "ON" where the piezo ignition will ignite the flame.
 Regulate the flame according to your needs.
 Warning: the device is not equipped with a safety system for the automatic closing gas (thermocouple).
Shutting down the appliance
 To turn off the fire rotate clockwise the cock to the "OFF" position.
 Position the cartridge-connecting lever on the "RELEASE" position.
 Wait for the plate to cool before storing it.
 In case of long periods of no use of the product, it is compulsory to take the cartridge out of the appliance.
Changing the cartridge
 Make sure that the cock of the hot plate is CLOSED. Cock on OFF position (clockwise rotation).
 Check that the cartridge connection lever is on the "RELEASE" position.
 Open the cartridge holder lid and take out the cartridge.
 Check that the seals are in a good state of maintenance.
 Put the cartridge in its housing placing the cut on the cartridge's neck in correspondence to the safety stop.
 Position the connecting lever on the "LOCK" position.
The producer will not answer for damages to things or persons coming from the not correct use or not correspondent to these
instructions. The guarantee is of two years from the date of purchase of the goods and only in the case in which the product has not
been tampered, has not been damaged and has not fallen. Buying receipt with the date must accompany the product. In case of
damages due to an incorrect use of the product, the warranty will not be valid.
