Upkeep
Always disconnect the oven and let it cool off before handling.
The grill, dripping pan and spit can be put in the dishwasher.
Clean the door with warm water and a little dishwashing liquid.
To clean the bottom part of the oven, lift the bottom heating ele-
ment up slightly.
For ovens equipped with self-cleaning walls, do not scrape with
sharp objects and do not use detergent-based products. Self-
cleaning walls are covered with porous enamel that serves to
absorb grease.
A few projections of greasy particles onto the quartz tubes nor-
mally evaporate on their own. If some dirt remains nonetheless,
cool oven off completely and clean off dirt with a swab soaked
in alcohol.
Precautions
We advise you to put a little water in the dripping pan in order
to prevent splashing and smoke.
Your oven door can be hot. You should therefore open it using
the door handle and keep it out of the reach of children.
If your oven is equipped with self-cleaning walls, here are a few
recommendations that will let your increase the life of these
walls:
After greasy cooking, heat up the device empty for about 15
min. on the ventilated quartz setting, leaving the door open and
setting the thermostat to maximum.
If there are large splashes, cool oven off, then wipe the walls
with a damp sponge.
So as to quickly evacuate cooking condensation water, always
leave the door open when cooling the oven off.
The guarantee is conditioned by observance of these instruc-
tions.
We decline all responsibility for any damage due to incorrect
use of your Turbo Quartz oven.
