Operation

Operation of the Eqiva Lock can be done via app or directly
on the device.
6.1

Operation via smartphone

With the Eqiva Lock smartphone app you can control and
configure the lock actuator with up to 8 connected smart-
phones. You can also operate up to 8 lock actuators with
one smartphone app.
6.1.1

Home screen

After the lock actuator has been installed and paired to
your smartphone, you will get to the home screen of the
app (see figure 7).
From the home screen you can access the following functions:
O Menu (general settings and information)
P Status display (e.g. battery status ( ), Bluetooth
connection ( ))
Q Lock door
R Unlock door
S
Open door
T Select operating mode (normal operation, permanent
locking, automatic locking)
U Settings (settings for currently selected door and instal-
lation wizard)
