Mixing Bowl
The mixing bowl (9) is used for receiving the food during the preparation of cake mix-
tures and bread doughs, for example, and for mixing together liquids such as eggs and
whipped cream.
Splash Guard
The splash guard (7) prevents liquid or smaller ingredients from splashing out during
the mixing process. It is advisable to use the splash guard particularly at higher speed
settings.
