TROUBLE SHOOTING
Symptom

Possible Solutions
Make sure the Automatic Rice Cooker is plugged in.
Check there is nothing sticking between the Inner Pot
and Heating element. Be sure the area is clean.
Make sure the Inner Pot is in the Base Unit.
Before cooking, make sure the water is below the
top level mark. Make sure lid is fitted properly before
cooking.
Before cooking, make sure you add the correct volume
of water for the amount of rice.
After cooking, add 1⁄4 cup water and set to WARM for
10 minutes. Stir.
Check there is nothing sticking between the Inner Pot
and Heating Element. Be sure the area is clean.
Stir the rice as soon as it is cooked to prevent clumps
or a crust forming.
Before cooking, make sure not to add too much water
for the amount of rice.
Check nothing is sticking between the Inner Pot and
Heating Element. Be sure the area is clean.
Make sure the cooking cycle is not interrupted. If
the Power Supply Flex is unplugged, the rice may be
cooked unevenly.
