PR510 / PR610 RICE COOKER
ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
Caution: This appliance generates heat and steam when in use. Proper
precautions must be taken to prevent the risk of burns, fires or accident.
It is essential to read and understand these instructions before using or cleaning
this appliance.
The power flex for this appliance may only be plugged into a 220V–240V AC
socket.
Ensure that air can circulate freely around the rice cooker. Do not allow the
appliance to touch curtains, wall paper, clothing, dish towels or other flammable
materials during use.
Do not leave the appliance unattended when in use.
This appliance generates steam. Never use it without the lid.
If there is any malfunctioning during use, unplug the flex immediately. Never use
or attempt to repair an appliance that is not working properly! Do not use the
Inner Pot if it is cracked or chipped.
Unplug the Automatic Rice Cooker when not in use.
Do not use the "keep warm" function to re-heat cold foods.
Use the Automatic Rice Cooker on a hard, flat surface. Do not place it near a
flame or source of heat or on a soft surface (such as carpet). Avoid placing it
where it may tip over during use. Dropping the Automatic Rice Cooker could
damage it.
Avoid electrical shock by unplugging the Automatic Rice Cooker before washing
or adding water.
To avoid burns, stay clear of the steam vent during cooking. Wait for the
Automatic Rice Cooker to cool down completely before touching or cleaning the
Glass Lid, Inner Pot or Heating Element.
Never use the Inner Pot on a gas or electric stove or on a open flame.
Do not leave the plastic Spatula or Measuring Cup in the Inner Pot while in use.
