Symptom
Machine Does Not Run.
Machine Has Poor Or No Suction.
Batteries only last for a short time
Repair service for this machine must be performed by an NSS authorized service center. Repairs performed by an

TROUBLESHOOTING
Cause
Batteries are fully discharged.
Batteries plugged in improperly.
Trigger connector not plugged into
hose properly.
Damaged cable or connector
Obstruction in Hose, Tool or Wand.
Pre-filter or primary filter plugged.
Full debris canister.
Inlet plug not installed.
Vac Motor Worn out.
Carbon Brushes Worn.
Canister not latched properly.
Foam exhaust filter dirty.
Filter gasket Missing or Damaged.
Batteries not fully charged
Batteries old
Solution
Re-charge the batteries.
Re-plug the batteries.
Ensure proper insertion.
Repair
Remove Obstruction.
Clean or replace filters.
Empty canister.
Install plug in unused inlet.
Replace.
Replace.
Secure canister with clamps.
