Please read this manual carefully
before using the appliance for the
first time and keep it for future
reference.
1. Warning — Keep ventilati-
on openings, in the appliance
enclosure or in the built-in
structure, clear of obstruction.
For optimal ventilation, allow
space of approx. 8 cm to other
objects, furniture, or walls.
2. Warning — Do not use mecha-
nical devices or other means to
accelerate the defrosting pro-
cess, other than those recom-
mended by the manufacturer.
3. Warning — Do not damage the
refrigerant circuit.
4. Warning — Do not use electri-
cal appliances inside the food
storage compartments of the
appliance, unless they are of
the type recommended by the
manufacturer.
5. Warning: When positioning the
appliance, ensure the supply
cord is not trapped or damaged.
6. Warning: Do not locate multi-
ple portable socket-outlets or
portable power supplies at the
rear of the appliance.
Intended use
Ice cream maker Emma can agi-
tate and cool liquid foods as well
as produce ice cream. It must not
be used for other purposes or for
processing other substances or ob-
jects.

may only be opened for necessary
