5.
Switch the appliance on (position: pulse, 1 or 2)
6.
Place the ingredients in the shaft. Use the food
pusher to insert the ingredients further. Do not
push too hard.
CAUTION: ALWAYS use the food pusher for this,
NEVER your fingers or other objects.
Tip!
•
To prevent injury or damage to the appliance,
never put your hand or other object into the
bowl while it is being used. Always use the food
pusher.
•
If the ingredients are too large to push through
the shaft, cut them into smaller pieces first.
JUICER FUNCTION

Attach drive shaft 1 (7) to the base (1).
2.
Place the bowl (3) on the base (1) and rotate 30

Cut the citrus fruit in half.
6.
Place one half on the extractor bulb with the

7.
Press the citrus fruit down with one hand.
Use the other hand to briefly set the switch to
position 1. The juice will automatically flow into
the jar.
8.
Squeeze the fruit until almost all the juice has
been extracted.
9.
Stop pressing the citrus fruit if:
• no more juice comes out;
• there is enough juice in the jar;
• the jar is full.
BLENDER FUNCTION
1.
Place the blending cup (2) on the base (1), and
rotate 30 degrees clockwise until it clicks into
place.
2.
Cut the fruit and/or vegetables into pieces that
fit easily in the bottom of the cup.
3.
Fill the cup with the ingredients.
4.
Place the cover (2a) and cap (2b) on the
blending cup (2).
5.
Set the blender to the required setting. It takes
a few seconds to blend the ingredients. The
longer you keep the blender running, the finer
the ingredients become.
6.
If you want to add extra ingredients, simply
turn the filling cap 90 degrees and remove it
from the cover. If the pieces are too large for
the opening, turn off the appliance, remove
the lid and put the pieces into the cup. Put the
cover back on the blender before turning it on
again.
7.
Once you have finished blending, turn off the
appliance by turning the switch to "0", then
unplug the blender from the mains.
Tip!
•
The blender mixes and purées. The 'blade'
is intentionally blunt so that it pulverizes
ingredients. The blender does not cut. Use one
of the other functions of this food processor
for this.
•
The blade (2c) + rubber (2d) of the blender are
removable. See 'Maintenance and Cleaning' for
instructions.
MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
Avoid injuring yourself on the sharp blades.
Make sure the appliance is not plugged in.
Rinse accessories immediately after use to facilitate
cleaning.
The blender blade unit can be removed for cleaning
by unscrewing the ring under the cup. Turn the cup
upside down, and then turn clockwise to loosen or
counterclockwise to tighten. The rubber around the
blade holder can also be removed.
Clean and dry the accessories. They are dishwasher-
safe and can be soaked in water and rinsed under
the tap, except for the whisk attachment (15) and the
motor unit (1), which must be cleaned with a damp
sponge.
After drying, cover the blade with sunflower oil or
olive oil to prevent oxidation.
DISCOLORATION OF PARTS
The accessories may discolor due to the ingredients
used (carrots, oranges, etc.). Wipe discolored
accessories with a cloth soaked in salad oil, then
clean according to the normal procedure.
