Do not spray vapour against people or animals. Burns danger!
• Do not pour corrosive or inflammables substances (like stain removers, etc.)
in the tank (2) along with water;
• Do not pour descaler substances or any liquid different from water in the tank.
• Do not let the water drop on the appliance electric controls. If that happens
disconnect the plug from the power outlet and wait for everything to be
completely dry before using the appliance again.
Never immerse the boiler unit, iron or ironing system in water or
other liquids.
• Do not use the iron if the plug, power cord, steam hose or boiler unit are
damaged or in the event of breakages or leaks.
• Switch off the iron immediately if any steam escapes from the ironing system
during the heating phase. If steam continues to come out during the heating
phase, disconnect the plug from the wall socket and contact an authorized
Service Centre.
• Periodically check the power cord and the steam pipe (7) conditions.
• Do not use the ironing system if the ironing board cover is damaged.
Damaged ironing board lining can pose a risk to safety! Never use
the steam ironing system without the iron board cover. Always
replace an iron board cover with an original one.
• Always place the iron (8) on its support.
• Avoid using the iron on excessively hard or angular items. They could leave
traces on the iron plate.
• The support (3) and the iron (8) plate (9) can reach very high temperatures
and cause burns if coming in contract with skin.
