The MC2 + is a rechargeable portable searchlight adjustable in height and
direction with krypton bulb (KR 4.8V/0.75A/P13.5) and equipped with
flashing light electronics. This spotlight is operated by a 4.8V 2000 mAh
NiMH rechargeable battery pack and can be recharged either by the mains
at 230V or by the 12 V DC vehicle adaptor. A magnet allows the searchlight
to be stuck to any magnetic surface.
Wall Fastening
The wall mounting station should be fixed next to a mains socket. Drill 2
holes into the wall (avoiding hidden mains cables) and fix the wall moun-
ting by using two wall plugs and screws.
CHarging tHe reCHargeaBle searCHligHt
Charge the spotlight before using it for the first time. The MC2 + can either
be charged directly at any 230V mains socket or by the 12 V DC adap-
tor. To recharge, place it into the wall mounting station or connect it to
the charging adaptor. The charging current is approx. 120mA/5.6V. The
charging time up to the maximum charge is around 24 hours (via mains)
and 20 hours (via 12 V car adaptor).
The charging unit can be left attached to the mains. When not in use the
searchlight is trickle charged continuously to avoid self discharge. An LED
indicates the charging process.

Operating tiMe

The operating time of the searchlight MC2 + is approx. 160 minutes (>
2.5 hours).
