CARING FOR YOUR iMOVE

Before you start cleaning the iMOVE, disconnect the power supply by pulling out the mains plug. Clean the iMOVE with a slightly
dampened cloth and then wipe with a dry cloth. It is essential that no fluid is allowed to enter the iMOVE as this could damage the
electronics.

Never use corrosive, abrasive or solvent-based cleaning agents!
GUARANTEE POLICY

MotoSana GmbH highly values you as a customer and always endeavours to offer you the best possible service. Every iMOVE device
leaves our premises in perfect condition. Should any manufacturing and/or material defects come to light in the course of normal
use of the device, we guarantee repair during the first two years from the date of purchase, free of any charge for material and wage
costs. The product must have been purchased from an authorised iMOVE partner. Fulfilment of the guarantee assumes transport of
the faulty device from the customer to the manufacturer at the customer's expense.
LIMITATIONS IN FULFILLING THE GUARANTEE
The exclusive claim of the customer in the event of a faulty iMOVE is restricted to repair or replacement of the faulty part. Which
guarantee service or which combination of guarantee services shall be provided in each case remains at the sole discretion of
MotoSana GmbH. Once MotoSana GmbH has established that the product is faulty, MotoSana is entitled to a reasonable period
of time for repair or replacement. The replacement product sent to the customer within the scope of the limited guarantee will
be manufactured using new and functioning used components. For repaired or replaced products, either the remaining term of
the original product guarantee or a guarantee period of ninety days shall apply, depending on which of the two provides a longer
remaining guarantee period. The guarantee shall become invalid in the event of a repair being carried out by a person or repair shop
not authorised by MotoSana GmbH instead of by MotoSana GmbH itself.

The device must be disposed of in compliance with the relevant national regulations.
There are no environmentally harmful hazardous substances requiring consideration.
