Congratulations! You have just bought the best compressor on the market.
Kindly read the following booklet carefully and follow the instructions before you start using the compressor in order to avail
yourself of its potentialities without endangering your safety or damaging the machine.
This CE mark indicates that the compressor complies with EEC Directives 2006/42/CE, 2014/35/EU, 2014/30/EU, 2011/65/UE,
2012/19/EU, EN60204-1:2006+A1:2009, EN ISO12100-1-2:2010, EN ISO13857:2008, 2005/88/CE, 2006/121/CE, CE 1907/2006.
Safety Precautions : Strictly observe the following safety measures:
1.
Move the compressor by suitable means to avoid an excessive effort to the upper and lower limbs.
2.
Sound pressure is below 80 dB (A), however in case of prolonged use we recommend the use of protective headphones.
3.
Do not move the compressor while it is running, you might put your health at risk due to exposure to vibrations of limbs
(hand-arm).
4.
If the compressor does not run, do not make any electrical or mechanical repairs. Contact your supplier immediately.
5.
Do not use in environments where there is no proper circulation of air.
6.
Do not spray on flames, heat sources, people or animals. During particular usage, such as when spraying sanitizers or
chemical products, you must wear safety garments (protective glasses, mask and a protective visor).
7.
Please avoid, above all in very hot climates or during summer, a prolonged exposure of the machine to direct sun rays in
order not to overheat plastic parts, the working temperature should be between +5 and +50 ° C.
8.
Keep the compressor out of the reach of children and animals.
9.
Do not use the compressor in humid or dusty places.
10. Do not tamper with safety devices and regulation of compressor.
Starting the Compressor. Before you switch on the compressor make sure that no damages, due to carelessness or negligence
during transportation, have occured. If this should be the case, notify the dealer or transportation company immediately.
After having checked the compressor please follow these instructions:
a.
Connect electric cable and insert plug in a socket of the correct power needed. Make sure it is connected well and double
check the poles and the earth wires position in the plug. Make sure the voltage corresponds to the value indicated on the
compressor data label.
b.
Before starting the electric, make sure the air hose in not under pressure and the air outlet cock (ref. 7 fig. A) is open.
c.
Start the electric motor by turning on the switch (ref. 2 fig. A).
Use. The compressor is equipped with an air flow adjuster (ref. 6 fig. A) which enables the operator to control the working
pressure. Such pressure is measured with a manometer (ref. 8 fig. A).
Connect the chosen accessory to the air outlet fitting (ref. 7 fig. A) turn the regulator knob (ref. 3 fig. A) until the needed working
pressure is reached; to obtain the flow needed turn slowly the air-gun knob (ref. 3 fig. A) and by setting the trigger (ref. 5 fig. A).
Turning the machine off. The compressor is equipped with a switch (ref. 2 fig. A) to turn the compressor ON and OFF.
IMPORTANT: Never stop the motor by unplugging it! This should be done only when the compressor has been switched off.
Maintenance. To clean the filter you have to unscrew the screws and remove the cover (ref. 1 fig. A); clean it periodically by using
an air jet, move airflow from the center to the outer part of the filter.
Important. The electric motor is protected by a thermic circuit breaker positioned inside the motor; this protection device is
activated when the motor overheats and it causes the compressor to make a sudden stop or intermittent operation.
In this case, make sure that:
a.
The electricity network voltage corresponds to the one indicate on the data label.
b.
There are no strange noises or anomalous vibrations when the compressor is functioning.
WARNING. When putting the sanitizing liquid inside the container (ref.4 fig.A) of the air-gun, turn OFF the compressor and let
out all the air accumulated inside the compressor, after that, screw off the container. Before turning ON the compressor make
sure that the container is perfectly adjusted to the air-gun and that the gasket is fitted correctly.
Warranty. The compressor is guaranteed from any construction faults for a period of 12 months from purchase date. It is
important to keep the original purchase receipt to vouch for the validity of the warranty. It is furthermore necessary to use the
compressor as indicated in this booklet and it must not be tampered with. The warranty covers only the replacement of those parts
which are faulty due to assembly or manufacturing defects. All transportation or operation fees are charged to clients.
Recycling: Please do not waste the compressor in the environment. The compressor must be disposed of as an
electrical and electronic device according to each country's regulations .
