2. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
3. Make sure the stainless steel double filter is cleaned thoroughly after each use. To do this, soak the sieve basket in hot washing-up water as soon as you
have finished juicing. If unused pulp residue dries in the the sieve, it can block up the tiny holes of the sieve, which can prevent the juicer from working
properly.
4. If the holes are blocked, soak the sieve in a solution of hot water and 10% lemon juice to loosen the blockages.
5. Do NOT soak the sieve in bleach.
6. Do NOT use an abrasive agent or a scouring pad to clean any of the parts.
7. Reassemble the juicer when it' s completely dry. Keep it in a cool, dry place.

ANSWER
Please check whether the safety locking lever is in the correct vertical
position and engaged in the 2 grooves.
If the juicing process is too vigorous, moist fruit pulp residue can collect
below the juicer lid. Decelerate the juicing process by pressing down
more slowly on the pusher. Clean the sieve basket and the juicer lid.
Halt the juicing process and remove the lid, then scrape out the fruit
pulp. Replace the lid and continue with the juicing process. Alternate the
vegetable and fruit varieties that you use (firm and soft).
