The Fysic FW-300 is an infra-red lamp which helps to relieve aches in the
muscles and joints. This device emits the same type of infrared light that
comes from the sun.
The filter in front of the lamp ensures that only the infrared light that is
needed for the therapeutic effect of this lamp is emitted.
Because infrared light penetrates the upper layers of the skin, the body
will be well and comfortably warmed. Because of this warmth your body
temperature will rise, this will cause your heart rate and circulation to rise.
This stimulates your metabolism and will cause increased detoxification.
Because of this increased detoxification, built-up lactic acid will be able to
clear faster and muscle aches will decrease. Not only will acid be cleared
faster, nutrition will be transported at a faster rate. This will enable the
body to recuperate more quickly from strain or an affliction.
The heightened metabolism will also enable the muscles to access better
oxygenated blood which makes them longer and more supple.
The infrared lamp also has other uses apart from it's therapeutic use: You
can use the infrared light to make it easier to thoroughly clean your face,
