4. WAY OF FUNCTIONING
This bain-marie is fitted with a thermostat/commutator.
When cooking with a bain-marie, food does not come into contact with the heat source
(heating element underneath the container) but is cooked or kept warm thanks to the
water maintained at 90°C
To turn on the bain-marie, turn on the thermostat control knob (n°2 on picture) on the
wished position (put the thermostat on maximum position won't accelerate the warm-
ing up of your machine).
When water reached the wished temperature, the orange pilot light (n°1 on picture)
switches off, you can use your machine.

5. FUNCTIONING / MANIPULATION
a) Installation / assembly:
- Unpack carefully the device of its packaging.
- Place the bain-marie on a plane and heatproof surface.
- Never place the device near a wall or near a partition makes of combustible materi-
als even if it is very well isolated.
- A distance of minimum 10 cm with the partition or the wall is necessary.
- Place the machine to enable easy access to the plug.
- Remove all the protective films
