Troubleshooting and maintenance

Unable to turn on
1. Connect the player to the charger and check that it is charging properly.
2. Press and hold the power button to verify that the low battery alert does not
appear.
No sound
1. Check that the volume is not too low.
2. Make sure the headphones are paired with the player via Bluetooth.
3. Check if the music file is complete and correct.
Messy display text
Check that the language selection is correct.
Unable to download music
1. Check the integrity of the USB cable and that the device is recognized by the
PC.
2. Check if there is enough storage space left.
Unable to connect via Bluetooth
1. First activate the Bluetooth function
2. First select the Bluetooth name of the corresponding Bluetooth device.
3. The Bluetooth devices must be in the state of being connected. If they are
not turned on or have been connected to other devices, they cannot connect to
other Bluetooth devices.
