3. INSTALATION
Installation must be carried out in accordance with current
regulations.
3.1.
Location.
3.1.1. Transportation and storage.
The machine should always be transported on its pallet and in its original packaging to guarantee its
well-running. Transport the machine to its final work location.
Remove the packaging and ensure that there has been no damage during transportation.
The dryer should never be installed or stored out in the open.
If the machine has to be stored for a period of time, it should be covered with its original packaging
in order to protect it and it should be kept in the correct environmental conditions. It is further
recommended to disconnect it from the energy source: gas, vapour or electricity.
3.1.2. Location.
The machine should be situated in spacious premises in order to get the most efficient working
conditions and to guarantee enough freedom of movement of the operators using the machine.
The final location of the machine must be one that allows its proper operation. The proper
maintenance of the machine by authorized personnel requires full observance of the dimensions
shown in Figure 2.
After the machine has been placed in its final work location, remove the pallet and store it together
with the original packaging materials for possible later removals. Never push the machine (or move
it around or over obstacles) without the pallet, as this might cause distortions and malfunctions.
Do not anchor the machine; just place it on a flat surface. Level the machine by means of the four
adjustable legs supplied. Leveling is of the essence for the machine to operate correctly.
