Maintenance of the probe

In principle, the measurement probes need no maintenance. Accumulations of
dirt on the hot NTC can, however, lead to measurement errors. To clean it, the
head section can be carefully turned in a non-aggressive cleaning liquid. It
must then be washed off in distilled water, and be allowed to dry completely.
Do not dry with a hot air blower or compressed air!
