Step 7: Plug in the transmitter power adapter to the AC outlet on the front of the
LP-4100 (1A). Turn on the pet fencing system wall transmitter. If you have added the
LP-4100 to an existing in-ground fence system, verify the Boundary Width. Adjust as
necessary. If the LP-4100 is being installed with a new in-ground fence system, follow
the Boundary Width adjustment procedures given in the fence system's operating
guide.
For added protection for the Surge Protector and Fence Transmitter when unused
for long periods of time, disconnect Loop Boundary Wires at the surge protector and
unplug power adapter from the Surge Protector.
