You can add consumed solutions at any time. It is important to remember to factor in the remaining quantity of solution. Example: if
there is 50 ml of solution left and you want to add 500 ml then you will need to program a total quantity of 550 ml.
P2 Remain: 0050ml
ADD TO: 0550ml
Press the Menu key to confirm the programmed level. You can then use the  and  arrow keys to select further solutions which
you want to top up or press Esc to return to the basic function.
7. Placing the dosing pump
The dosing pumps are self-priming and should always be placed above the liquids to be dosed. This prevents draining the dosing
liquids in the event of leaks. To prevent a return flow from the aquarium or the filter sump, the feed lines must not hang in the
aquarium water. Hint: In this respect, easy and secure installation is provided by the Dupla Marin Tube Holder (Item no. 81564), which
can be used to fasten the hoses securely on the aquarium. The delivery head should not exceed 2 metres.

9. Opening the pump head
To replace the conveying hose, open the top and bottom clips of the pump head and carefully open the pump head using a screwdri-
ver and remove the pump head. Remove conveying hose and replace. When reassembling make sure the pump head is fitted correctly
on the housing.
10. Pump head is defective / pump head is not turning
If the product has been stored for some time (when purchased new), there is a possibility that the hose may have been squashed
by the bearing rollers. When the pump head is activated, the motor runs but the pump head does not turn. The fault can soon be
remedied by opening the pump head. Using a screwdriver, carefully undo the top and bottom clips on the pump head and remove the
pump head. Take out the hose and squeeze out the section which has been compressed. This will release the blockage in the hose.
When you refit the pump head, make sure that it is seated correctly on the housing. Then move the pump head by hand to make sure
that the pump is in perfect working order.
