1. INTRODUCTION

Thank you for choosing our IMP20 wireless control crane scale. Before operation, read this manual carefully and operate it in
accordance with this manual. In case of any questions, get into direct contact with your local distributor.
SAFETY GUIDE
Read carefully the following instruction and advice before using this scale.
• Over-loading this scale is harshly prohibited
• Refrain from long-time loading that could lead to excessive fatigue on loadcell used inside the scale. Excessive fatigue
on loadcell would decrease the accuracy and shorten the life of scale.
• Check the shackle and hook regularly.
•
Check the battery power level before/after use and recharge the scale in time.
• In order to maximize the battery life, periodic recharging is necessary for scales even not in use for long time.
•
Do not try to repair the scale by yourselves.
• Use original charger only.
• The scale can show the cell capacity when power on. For example when U 86 is shown, meaning the current cell ca-
pacity is 86%. If the cell capacity is 20%, please charge the scale as soon as possible to avoid damaging the battery.

2. GENERAL

IMP20 wireless control crane scale adopting special anti-shake A/D converter, which can work in the rugged environment.
It uses intelligent discontinuous sending and low power consumption design, protective circuit of overdischarge of battary,
electricity-saving function, indication of battery that user can choose proper time to charge avoid damage of battery.
It can save 1800 of weighing data which can make statistics of daily report, monthly report, Art. No. and print our list of items.
Multiple ways of accumulation, special man-machine conversation function that conveniet to operate and input. Permanent
calendar inside and printer, with RS232 interface which can be connected with computer or score board. It can be widely used
in industrial and mining establishments, dock and storehouse etc for measurement.
NOTE:
Please turn on the crane scale first then turn on the indicator. Please charge the scale and indicator for 7 hours before you first use.
