Before fi rst use
• Unpack all parts and make sure that the scope of delivery
is complete (see chapters "Product contents" and "Device
overview") and check for any damages from transport. If
applicable, remove any stickers and foils. If you identify
damages to the components, do not use them (!), instead
contact our customer service centre.
• Insert batteries. They are not included in the product con-
tents (see chapter "Inserting/changing batteries").

Inserting/changing batteries

ATTENTION!
• Always make sure that the devices have been switched off
before inserting/changing the batteries.
Shaver
You will need 2x 1.5 volt type AA batteries to operate the
shaver. They are not included in the product contents!
1. Turn the battery compartment cover counter-clockwise.
2. Then take the battery compartment cover off.
3. Remove empty batteries and dispose of them in an environ-
mentally-friendly manner.
4. Insert two 1.5 volt type AA batteries. When inserting batter-
ies, always make sure that the polarity is correct (+/–).
5. Put the battery compartment cover back on the battery com-
partment and turn it clockwise into the closed position.
