i625PTZ Dome Quick Installation Guide
The dome will automatically be assigned a
Network IP address.
Are you using a proprietary
Network Video Recorder (NVR) to
configure the camera?

Using a computer connected to the same
network as the dome, install the illustra
Connect software provided with the camera.
Once installed, run the software.
NOTE: The computer being used to discover
the dome must have an IP address on the
same subnet.
illustra Connect will automatically detect the
camera, along with all other compatible
devices. (See the illustra Connect User
manual provided with the illustra Connect
software.)
Locate the dome in the list by it's unique MAC
address. illustra Connect allows basic
configuration of the camera. Refer to the
illustra Connect User manual for more
information.
For more configuration options, right click on
the camera and select "Launch Web GUI
Configuration".
Refer to the i625PTZ Configuration and User Guide, Installation Chapter for more detailed information.
Remove the dome and make note of the serial number and MAC
address located on the side of the box or base of the dome.
Ensure that the dome is connected to the computer or network which
will be used for the configuration and power on.
The dome will begin its initial boot up sequence which will take
approximately 1 to 2 minutes.

discover the dome. Refer to the Configuration
and User guide for more detailed information.
NOTE: We recommend that the domes IP
address is changed so that conflicts can be
avoided. However if conflicts do arise, illustra
Connect can be used to resolve these. Refer
to the illustra Connect User manual for more
information.
