Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
A er plugging in the
power cord and switching
on the ON/OFF switch, the
display and the symbols do
not light up.
The display and the sym-
bols light up properly a er
switching on, but the cook-
ing area does not heat up.
The heat supply stops
during cooking.

SOLUTION
• Is the power cord plugged into the socket
properly?
• Is the sensor, cable port, power adapter or
the fuse damaged?
• Do you use induction-suitable cookware?
• Is the device on standby mode?
• Is the oil burning while roasting or frying
ingredients due to a too high temperature?
• Is the ambient temperature very high?
• Are the ventilator slots soiled or blocked?
• Has the device been running for more than
2 hours after switching on?
• The overheat protection of the device could
have turned on. Remove the cooktop from
the power supply, connect the power cord
to the socket again and restart the device.
