Replace the closure cap after use. Before using the cartridge
again remove the closure cap, attach a new mixing tip and
proceed as described.
Cleaning and Disinfection of the Applyfix
Remove the cartridge.
Remove any uncured paste using a cloth soaked in alcohol.
The Applyfix 4 dispensing gun can be used several times if
®
properly disinfected. Kettenbach recommends exchanging the
gun if there are visible traces of use. Disinfection can be car-
ried out using a commercially available dipping disinfectant.
Kettenbach recommends the use of glutaraldehyde-based
solutions.

Storage Conditions

Store in a dry place at room temperature; do not expose to sun-
light and avoid exposure to extreme temperature fluctuations.
Disinfection
Bite registrations can be disinfected using for example, a 2 %
acidic glutaraldehyde solution or use disinfection solutions.

Disposal
The empty cartridges / mixing tips / applicator tips and set mate-
rial can be disposed in the household rubbish.
