6.2 Cleaning

o Clean the refrigerated showcase periodically.
o In order to facilitate cleaning it is possible to remove the slide doors by lifting and
pulling out.
o It is possible to remove the shelves when required. Wash the surfaces of the slide
doors and shelves with use of gentle washing agent and soft moistened cloth.
o Wash the side and front glasses inside and outside with use of gentle washing agent
and soft moistened cloth. All washed surfaced should be rinsed with cleaned water
and thoroughly dried.
o Never use aggressive cleaning agents, such as scouring powders, alcohol-based
substances, or solvents which may damage the surfaces of the device.
o Always use the soft cloth only, never use any abrasive washcloth which may scratch
the device.
o After cleaning dry and polish the surface with dry cloth.
o Fix the shelves at required height and reinstall the glass slide doors.
In case of longer break in operation:
o remove the plug from its socket;
o remove all food products from the device;
o clean the refrigerating showcase according to the recommendations above;
o leave the doors opened for complete drying.

6.3 Safety instructions for maintenance

o Inspect the power cable regularly for damage. Never use the device if the cable is
damaged. If the power cable is damaged, have an authorised service center or
qualified electrician replace it.
o In case of damage or malfunction, please contact your stockist or our customer
service centre. Pay attention to the troubleshooting tips in pt. 7.
o Only a qualified technician and using original spare parts and accessories should
carry out repairs and maintenance of the device. Do not attempt to repair the
device yourself.
