Vermeiden Sie Stöße an der Oberfläche
der Heizleitungen oder Heizbänder.
Vermeiden Sie jeglichen Kontakt mit
Stoffen, gegen die die Isolation der
Heizleitungen oder Heizbänder nicht
beständig ist.
Installieren Sie keine Heizleitungen oder
Heizbänder zwischen zwei isolierenden
Schichten.
Installieren Sie keine weiteren
Heizelemente im direkten Kontakt zur
Heizleitungen oder Heizbänder.
Kontrolle
Messen und vergleichen Sie den
elektrischen Widerstandswert in
Abhängigkeit des Leistungs- und
Versorgungsspannungswertes. Die
Berechnung des Widerstandes erfolgt nach
der Beziehung R (in Ohm) = U² (Spannung
in Volt Quadrat am Anschluss des
Widerstands) / P (Leistung in Watt von dem
Widerstand).
Vor Inbetriebnahme ist eine
Isolationsprüfung vorzunehmen.
Wartung
Die Heizleitungen und Heizbänder sind
aktive Elemente, welche eine minimale
Wartung erfordern.
Überprüfen Sie den allgemeinen Zustand
der Heizleitungen oder Heizbänder vor
allem den elektrischen Anschluss,
thermische, chemische oder mechanische
Beschädigungen.
Im Falle von Problemen, schalten Sie die
Heizleitungen oder Heizbänder aus und
sichern Sie diese gegen ein erneutes
Einschalten. Stellen Sie sicher, dass ein
Wiedereinschalten ausgeschlossen ist.
Kontaktieren Sie den Wartungsservice Ihrer
Firma oder unsere Qualitäts- bzw.
Technische Abteilung
Auf dieses Produkt gewähren wir eine
Garantie von 1 Jahr ab
Auslieferungsdatum. Die Garantie bezieht
sich nur auf den Ersatz des Produkts. Nach
Rücksendung des Bauteiles in unserem
Haus erfolgt eine Analyse durch unsere
Qualitätssicherung gemäß der Einhaltung
der Anweisungen aus diesem Dokument.

Avoid any impacts on the heater surface.
Avoid any contact with chemical products
which could damage the insulation or
create current leaks.
Do not put the heater between 2 layers of
insulation.
Do not put another heating element in direct
contact with the heater.
Inspection
Check the electrical resistance value
according to the wattage and the voltage.
The calculation of the resistance can be
found with the following formula: resistance
R (in ohm) = U² (voltage in volts applied at
the resistance squared) / P (wattage in
watts of the resistance).
Perform an electrical insulation test before
start-up.
Maintenance
Heaters are electrical elements and
therefore require some care and
maintenance.
Check the general aspect of the heater
particularly for any electrical, mechanical,
chemical or thermal damage.
In case of problems take all the appropriate
action to secure the installation and
disconnect the electrical power of the
heater.
Contact the maintenance service of the
company or our quality department.
This product has a 1 year warranty life from
shipment date. Following the return of the
item to our offices, the warranty only covers
the replacement of the product, after
analysis by our quality department and
provided that the installation respected the
instructions given in that document.

Contrôles
Mesurer et comparer la valeur de la
résistance électrique en fonction de la
puissance et de la valeur de la tension
d'alimentation. Le calcul de la résistance se
fera suivant la relation suivante R (en ohm) =
U² (tension en volt au borne de la résistance
au carré) / P (puissance en watt de la
résistance).
Effectuer des mesures d'isolement électrique
avant la mise en fonctionnement
conformément au paragraphe 'contrôle' des
Consignes Générales d'Installation,
disponible sur www.flexelec.com.
Maintenance
Les cordons et rubans chauffants sont des
éléments actifs qui nécessitent un minimum
de maintenance.
Vérifier l'état général du cordon ou ruban
chauffant, en particulier tout dommage
d'origine électrique, thermique, chimique ou
mécanique.
En cas de problème, assurez-vous de la
mise hors tension des cordons ou rubans
chauffants et sécurisez l'installation pour
éviter toute remise en service.
Contacter la maintenance de votre société
ou notre service qualité.
Ce produit est garanti 1 an à compter de la
date de livraison. La garantie couvre
uniquement le remplacement du produit,
après retour de la pièce en nos locaux,
analyse par notre service qualité et
vérification du respect des instructions
contenues dans cette fiche.
