Speaker Setup:
Downmix Setup:
LT/RT: Select if DVD Player is connect-
ed to a decoder (rare).
Stereo: Select this option when the output delivers sound from
only the two front speakers.
5.1CH: 5.1-Ch. audio outputs are connected.
Front Speaker: Output level for the front speakers.
Center Speaker: Output level for the center speaker.
Rear Speaker: Output level for the rear speakers.
Subwoofer: Turn the subwoofer on or off.
SPDIF Setup (advanced): Set the SPDIF digital audio output to
off, RAW or PCM mode.
3D Process: This function is used to change the 3D surround
settings.
- Dolby -
Dual Mono Setup: This function is less
common and is to set the ML/MR audio
output in different modes.
Stereo: Select this mode when your
DVD player is connected a single ste-
reo speaker or TV with stereo audio
inputs.
L-Mono: Output Left channel audio only.
R-Mono: Output Right channel audio only.
Mix-Mono: Output all audio as one mono signal
Dynamic Setup: This function is used to set dynamic output
level from OFF to FULL. This is Dynamic Range Control (DRC)
and helps regulate audio levels, meaning that sudden jumps in
volume from soft to loud can be minimized when it is turned on.
